Shipping policy

Order processing
Orders are packed and dispatched from Ahmedabad within 1–2 working days, once payment is verified. We don’t dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

Prepaid orders can’t be changed or cancelled once placed. Cash on delivery orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Please check your size, address and phone number before completing checkout.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.

Shipping within India
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders. If cash on delivery is available for your pincode, any COD fee is shown at checkout.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your pincode. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link.

International shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL Express, UPS and our courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Duties and taxes depend on your country and may be collected by the courier on delivery. Your local customs office can help estimate these.

International orders usually arrive within 2–3 weeks, depending on customs clearance. For questions about shipping to your country, email info@sohstores.com.

Returns and credit notes
We don’t offer refunds for returns, including for sizing. Instead, once your return passes our quality check, we’ll issue a credit note for the full amount, valid for 30 days from the date it’s issued. You can use it on anything at sohstores.com. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. See our refund policy for full conditions.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.

If an item goes out of stock
Occasionally an item may sell out after your order is placed. If this happens on a prepaid order, we’ll let you know and issue a full refund for that item to your original payment method.

Order cancellations by soh
We review every order. If we need to cancel one, for example because payment can’t be verified, we’ll contact you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds usually take 5–10 working days to appear on your statement.

Delays
Deliveries may take a little longer during launches, sales and major holidays. We’ll keep you updated if your order is delayed.
